Manages large insourced and outsourced engineering, quality, and technical teams while mentoring leaders and recruiting talent. Directs development of full-stack applications, event-driven microservices, AI/NLP systems, and front-end experiences. Partners with product, UX, support, and other business units to deliver scalable solutions and continuous improvement.
