Own and optimize Function's imaging partner network across 200+ facilities: run account management, onboarding, SLAs, CRM hygiene, commercial terms, high-stakes escalations, and team development while setting market and expansion strategy.

Identify and research target enterprise accounts, enrich CRM data, build and execute multi-channel outreach cadences, qualify inbound/outbound leads, schedule meetings for Enterprise Partnerships reps, and collaborate with marketing to run campaigns and track performance to drive pipeline growth.

Serve as an AI-native Executive Assistant partnering with the CEO to manage a complex calendar, coordinate cross-functional communications, organize travel, prepare meeting materials, capture action items, and help design AI-augmented Office of the CEO workflows. Act as liaison with investors, board members, and partners, and collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on prioritization, meeting prep, and operating systems.
