Investigate complex blockchain account and transaction support cases across multiple chains. Verify wallet and account details, use blockchain explorers and internal tools, document auditable case files, and escalate recurring issues or policy gaps. The role requires strong technical judgment, meticulous documentation, and work within defined approval frameworks. It is primarily in person at the company’s Midtown New York City headquarters Monday through Thursday, with optional remote work on Fridays.

Own day-to-day support operations, including outsourced team leadership, coaching, escalation triage, queue coverage, quality assurance, tooling, workflows, reporting, and documentation. The role partners with Customer Success leadership to build scalable support processes, manages external support performance, resolves first-pass issues, and maintains high-quality customer and enterprise support experiences. Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, compliance-adjacent workflows, and support operations is valuable.

Own complex fintech product initiatives end to end, from problem definition and requirements through launch, measurement, QA, and iteration. Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Payments, and Data to simplify blockchain-based onboarding, deposits, account access, and money movement. Apply strong technical fluency, product judgment, analytics, and exceptional attention to quality, edge cases, and user experience.
