Build and deploy applied AI features, LLM applications, VLM tools, and multi-agent systems for customer and internal use cases. Own AI systems end to end, including cloud infrastructure, integrations, access control, evaluation, model selection, monitoring, and production reliability. Collaborate with trading, operations, and backend teams to incorporate energy markets, pricing, demand, and weather data.

The AI Operations Manager will identify AI opportunities, redesign operational processes, and build internal AI tools to enhance efficiency in operations and trading.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting across software engineering, hardware, AI, trading, and quantitative roles. Develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, manage pipelines, facilitate debriefs, deliver strong candidate experiences, negotiate offers, and close highly sought-after talent. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment priorities. Use ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.
