As a Lead Data Scientist, you will lead a team to develop AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design predictive models, and ensure data quality in machine learning pipelines.

Design, build, test, and maintain large-scale data architectures on Azure and Databricks. Implement ETL/ELT, data lakes/warehouses, Spark jobs, orchestration, data governance, security, and migrations (Synapse to Data Lake). Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate CI/CD and IaC, ensure data quality, performance, and cost optimization, and document solutions.

The role involves building and deploying machine learning solutions to achieve business impact, from model development to productionization, while collaborating with stakeholders.
