Co-founder & CTO will build and harden an LLM-powered AI Front Desk for lawyers: productionize voice and workflow systems, create delivery infrastructure for Role-as-a-Service, own unit economics, convert pilots to customers, expand AI staffing offerings, and recruit and lead the founding engineering team while representing the company to customers and investors.

Lead Weli AI as Co-Founder & CEO: define strategy and pricing, run and convert RIA pilots, partner with FutureSight to build V1, lead seed fundraising, recruit and grow the founding team, and establish company culture and go-to-market motion.

Lead product and engineering as technical co-founder: write production code, set architecture and security (SOC 2, tenant isolation, encryption, audit logs), ship LLM-powered marketing review then surveillance and trading oversight, build explainability and reliability for audit-ready evidence, train and evolve core AI/LLM, recruit founding engineering/AI team, represent technical vision to customers and investors, and drive pilots to ten customers and $1M ARR within 18 months.
