Co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI venture. Own problem framing, architecture, system design, product judgment, AI product development, customer discovery, evaluation, fundraising support, and eventual technical team building. The role requires shipping trustworthy AI products to real users, applying frontier models and agentic systems pragmatically, and committing full-time and exclusively to the venture in exchange for founder-level equity and authority.

Own the technical vision and execution for BloomLex’s AI legal front desk. Build reliable voice and workflow systems, internal RaaS infrastructure, observability, audit trails, and secure multi-tenant architecture. Balance AI quality with cost-per-call economics, convert pilots into paying customers, represent the technical vision to customers and investors, recruit the founding engineering team, and expand into additional AI worker roles and self-hosted models.

Lead Omnex from inception as co-founder and CEO, setting strategy, refining the ideal customer profile and pricing, developing ecommerce seller pilots, driving go-to-market, partnering on V1 product development, raising seed capital, recruiting the founding team, and establishing company culture. The role requires venture-backed founding experience, B2B SaaS go-to-market expertise, fundraising ability, talent leadership, direct multi-channel ecommerce experience, and a strong seller-community network.
