Supports the full lifecycle of elevator mechanical components and assemblies through design, engineering changes, testing, validation, certification, production implementation, and sustainment. Creates drawings, specifications, BOMs, and change documentation; performs calculations, tolerance analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, purchasing, suppliers, and engineering teams to improve product quality, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and compliance with elevator codes and standards.

Supports the EHS Manager in administering environmental, health, and safety programs at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, OSHA recordkeeping, workplace inspections, ergonomic assessments, incident and near-miss investigations, hazard identification, corrective actions, safety training, safety committee coordination, SDS maintenance, emergency equipment inspections, workers’ compensation support, and environmental compliance activities involving waste, spills, and chemical storage.

Designs and guides secure, scalable cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions across enterprise applications, data platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external partners. Responsibilities include establishing architecture standards, supporting cloud migrations and landing zones, designing integrations and data platforms, embedding security and governance, guiding implementation, evaluating vendors, and optimizing cloud costs. The role also facilitates architecture reviews, communicates with technical and executive stakeholders, and provides technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Manage strategic customer accounts as the primary liaison between customers and internal Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams. The role partners with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing, and management to improve financial accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Designs and evolves enterprise data architecture across master data governance, MDM, data warehousing, and analytics. The role establishes governance policies, stewardship models, data quality metrics, golden-record strategies, integration patterns, data lineage, and warehouse models. It supports SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric platforms, integrates ERP, CPQ, CRM, and other business systems, advises on tooling and architecture decisions, and collaborates with business and technical stakeholders across a multi-site manufacturing organization.

Lead business architecture to translate strategy into scalable ERP/CPQ/CRM solutions, document processes and requirements, and drive integrations. Manage and mentor Business Analysis and IT QA teams, set QA and BA standards, establish KPIs, and coordinate priorities across projects to improve testing, requirements quality, and release readiness.

Develop, maintain, and debug real-time embedded software for elevator control systems. Collaborate with electrical/mechanical teams, support field testing and troubleshooting, document functionality, mentor junior engineers, and establish coding standards.

Own and drive product lifecycle and strategy for elevator component portfolio: roadmap, launches, enhancements, pricing/CPQ modeling, market research, cross-functional GTM, sales enablement, KPI reporting, and product retirement. Support adoption, customer meetings, and frontline training while optimizing product costing and parts offerings.

The Senior Software Engineer develops and maintains software for elevator control systems, designs embedded systems, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with engineering teams while mentoring junior engineers.
