Designs and evolves enterprise data architecture across master data governance, MDM, data warehousing, and analytics. The role establishes governance policies, stewardship models, data quality metrics, golden-record strategies, integration patterns, data lineage, and warehouse models. It supports SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric platforms, integrates ERP, CPQ, CRM, and other business systems, advises on tooling and architecture decisions, and collaborates with business and technical stakeholders across a multi-site manufacturing organization.

Create and adjust production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer delivery goals. Manage material planning, capacity and labor analysis, production priorities, and MRP/ERP processes. Coordinate between operations, sales, customer service, engineering, and finance to optimize production, reduce costs, and support long-term planning and KPIs.

Provide technical sales support and customer service by preparing quotations and orders, interpreting customer requirements and drawings, coordinating with Engineering/Manufacturing/Purchasing, resolving order issues, and tracking order status using Salesforce CRM.
