Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close for corporate and business unit entities, focusing on expense reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, cost allocations, and segment reporting. Partner with FP&A, support audits, acquisitions, and SEC segment disclosures, and translate expense data into actionable narratives for business unit leaders. Drive improvements to reporting and allocation processes and leverage AI/automation tools to boost productivity.

As Senior Counsel, provide legal advice on derivatives transactions, negotiate agreements, and manage external counsel while navigating regulatory changes.

Provide high-level administrative support to three senior Trading leaders and the Head of Firmwide Research: manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, process expenses, host guests, coordinate with other admins, run ad hoc projects, and apply AI tools to improve team productivity and outputs.
