Manage global payroll operations and support Galaxy’s Workday implementation through data migration, configuration, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, and go-live. Responsibilities include payroll audits and reconciliations, HRIS administration, employee data integrity, vendor management, compliance, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement across multiple countries. The role partners with People, Finance, Technology, Legal, vendors, and employees while handling sensitive information.

Manage partnership tax compliance for asset management funds and partnership entities, including tax workpapers and Schedule K-1 reporting. Support Up-C tax compliance, taxable income allocations, IRC 704(c) tracking, estimated TRA payments, IRS forms, notices, and tax files. Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, fund administrators, tax counsel, and Big 4 firms. Analyze strategic initiatives and use AI and automation tools to improve tax operations.

The role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, performing financial analysis, presenting investment proposals, and supporting portfolio companies, with autonomy in decision-making.
