Oversee strategy, optimizations and execution across all paid and owned media channels including SEO/SEM, social media, display, mobile, video and other customer acquisition channels.
Manage and scale marketing budget, allocating spend and optimizing channel mix to efficiently hit growth targets.
Develop and maintain growth marketing processes and tools, including creation of dashboards and reports to track performance and generate actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation across paid media, organic initiatives and the customer lifecycle.
Partner with analytics and finance on defining performance KPIs, benchmarks along with reporting and forecasting business growth.
Work closely with product and engineering to drive alignment between marketing initiatives with product strategy.
