Mentor and coach collegiate membership officers, advise chapter recruitment planning and membership selection, facilitate recruitment training, evaluate recruitment performance, and support long-term membership goals. The advisor collaborates with chapter leaders and supervisors, monitors progress, reinforces accountability, attends advisory activities, completes required training, and maintains timely communication. This volunteer role requires approximately 10–15 hours weekly and travel of up to ten days annually.

Volunteer financial advisor mentoring collegiate financial officers, reviewing budgets and financial reports, monitoring member balances and prepaid card spending, supporting IRS filings, and promoting sound financial management. The advisor coaches officers, develops accountability plans, supports member retention, facilitates conflict resolution, and represents chapter financial interests on advisory and house corporation boards. The role requires five to eight hours weekly, has a one-year term, and involves no expected travel.

Coaches collegiate chapter leaders on belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion practices across an assigned region. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating BEDI action plans, auditing chapter practices, recommending educational resources, training leaders on bias incident reporting, supporting response teams, and ensuring committee participation and accountability. The volunteer specialist serves as the primary BEDI resource for chapter volunteers, advisors, and members, participates in team calls and training, and travels approximately 2–7 days annually.
