Provides advanced federal HR support for DHS ICE, covering staffing, classification, benefits, recruitment, compensation, employee and labor relations, and HR policy. Researches and develops policies and SOPs, improves workflows, builds reports and internal controls, and conducts workforce studies involving mobility, competencies, career paths, performance, staffing, and demand. Requires extensive federal HR experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with HR and agency information systems.

Provide advanced federal HR support across staffing, classification, payroll/personnel actions, benefits, retirement counseling, recruitment, policy, and employee/labor relations. Lead contractor staff, develop SOPs, produce reports, perform quality assurance, support audits, coordinate security and pre-employment processes, and train/advise hiring managers and HRAs on federal HR systems and procedures.

Provide HR support across staffing, classification, payroll, leave, benefits, recruitment, employee/labor relations, and HR policy. Process personnel/payroll actions, maintain records, conduct desk audits and classification reviews, resolve pay and leave issues, prepare administrative materials, assist with SOPs and training, and advise managers and staff on federal HR topics.
