The Accounting Lead manages financial processes, ensuring accuracy in financial statements and compliance. Responsibilities include optimizing cash flow, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and defining business metrics.

Own QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and month-end close; manage GAAP accrual accounting across AP/AR/payroll and commissions; reconcile marketplace transactions and funds movement; build scalable accounting processes, controls, and documentation; support audits, diligence, and finance reporting; partner with Finance Lead and CEO to provide reliable accounting inputs for planning and operations.

Generate new business via targeted research and high-volume outbound prospecting. Work with the sales team to drive deals, grow the marketplace, and support cross-functional startup tasks while gaining hands-on experience scaling the business.
