As a software engineer, you will build core systems, automate workflows, and design APIs for a marketplace that supports community needs.

Own and execute paid acquisition across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels. Drive pipeline, revenue, and efficiency while running rigorous tests (CRO, landing pages, creative), measuring incrementality and attribution, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.

Build and scale email, SMS, and push lifecycle programs for both buyers and sellers. Architect journeys to convert, re-engage, retain, and create advocacy. Collaborate with product and engineering to design event-driven systems, run tests with analytical rigor, and drive marketplace liquidity and repeat transactions.
