Provides on-site technical support for New York employees, including executives, traders, and investment professionals. Responsibilities include deskside support, endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management, Microsoft 365 and device troubleshooting, network and meeting-room technology support, trading-floor operations, vendor and MSP coordination, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and participation in global infrastructure projects and incident processes.

Supports the credit trading desk through market research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, trade idea development, risk assessment, data collection, backtesting, prototyping, and performance monitoring. The intern shadows investment professionals, learns credit markets and related products, presents projects to the investment team, and helps implement trading and risk-system solutions under mentorship.

Supports the Rates Trading Desk by analyzing fixed-income markets, identifying trading opportunities, assessing strategy risk, and developing trading and risk-system solutions. Responsibilities include data collection, quantitative analysis, prototyping, backtesting, performance monitoring, trade-idea development, and presenting findings. The intern will shadow traders and portfolio managers, learn about bonds, futures, swaps, and options, and collaborate with investment teams under mentorship.
