Manage nationwide SMB and Garten Market client accounts, owning renewals, communications, negotiations, upselling, cross-selling, expansions, and client retention. Partner with operations and internal teams to resolve service issues, monitor account health, support employee wellness initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and develop processes that improve client experience and revenue. The role is primarily remote with up to 35% national travel and occasional flexible-hours work.

Leads business intelligence and analytics initiatives, delivering performance insights and scalable reporting solutions. Designs data warehouses, data lakes, and BI platforms; extracts, transforms, and analyzes complex data; applies statistical and predictive modeling techniques; collaborates with stakeholders across business functions; prioritizes analytical projects; and mentors other analysts.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable backend applications across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product, UX, nutrition, vendors, and business stakeholders to define solutions and interfaces. Solve complex architectural problems, refactor code, mentor engineers, communicate technical direction, and develop distributed systems using cloud, big-data, and backend technologies.

Build and maintain scalable web and mobile applications across the full software development lifecycle. Own front-end and back-end development, design API infrastructure, integrate internal and third-party services, and deploy end-to-end solutions. Collaborate with product, design, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders to solve operational challenges. Mentor engineers, communicate technical direction, and deliver high-performing, customer-focused products.

Leads a software engineering team while remaining hands-on technically. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing engineers, guiding architecture and technical discussions, partnering with product and UX, building interfaces and backend systems, and improving application scalability, stability, security, and efficiency. The manager will influence technical strategy, evolve roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, and support cloud-based distributed systems.
