Teams at Garten

Manage nationwide SMB and Garten Market client accounts, owning renewals, communications, negotiations, upselling, cross-selling, expansions, and client retention. Partner with operations and internal teams to resolve service issues, monitor account health, support employee wellness initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and develop processes that improve client experience and revenue. The role is primarily remote with up to 35% national travel and occasional flexible-hours work.

Leads business intelligence and analytics initiatives, delivering performance insights and scalable reporting solutions. Designs data warehouses, data lakes, and BI platforms; extracts, transforms, and analyzes complex data; applies statistical and predictive modeling techniques; collaborates with stakeholders across business functions; prioritizes analytical projects; and mentors other analysts.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable backend applications across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product, UX, nutrition, vendors, and business stakeholders to define solutions and interfaces. Solve complex architectural problems, refactor code, mentor engineers, communicate technical direction, and develop distributed systems using cloud, big-data, and backend technologies.
