Lead Supply Chain & Internal Logistics for a Gate Gourmet unit, overseeing purchasing, warehousing, internal delivery, short-term forecasting and rostering. Manage KPIs, budgets, continuous improvement, food safety compliance, cross-functional coordination, and a large operations team while driving process improvements and reporting.

Supervise dish room, beverage, preload and transportation teams to meet catering schedules and quality standards. Manage staffing, inventory, logs, maintenance, cost control, HACCP/food-safety compliance, reporting, employee training, performance reviews, and union-related pay/discipline matters.

Prepare and verify in-flight meals meet customer requirements and order changes; follow directions, complete paperwork, handle food products, lift and move up to 50 lbs, and work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.

Coordinate daily flight meal and passenger counts, review flights with onboard service crew, handle calls/logs/paperwork, communicate delays and special meal needs, and perform physical loading and on-field checks as required in a busy airport environment.

Assemble and pack beverages, dry goods, liquor and non-food items into airline carts per specifications. Maintain sanitation standards, document inventory, follow procedures, work overtime/varied schedules, and perform physical lifting and long shifts.
