Serve as the central contact for new hires in unit-based kitchens: schedule and facilitate orientation, conduct tours and introductions, assign mentors, ensure two-week training plans, lead new-employee assessments, coordinate performance reviews, document processes, and collaborate with operations and HR management. Role requires on-site presence and varied schedule.

Oversee galley and beverage production lines, manage inventory and purchase orders, maintain supplier relationships, supervise and train staff per union guidelines, schedule employees, ensure compliance with policies, and drive productivity, quality, and employee retention.

Oversee HACCP logs and enforce HACCP and FDA food-safety procedures in the Hot Foods production unit.
