Part-time front-desk receptionist providing friendly, professional client intake, check-in/out, room reservations, phone triage, basic administrative support, and coordination with program staff while maintaining security protocols and a welcoming reception area.

Lead earned media, external communications, and thought leadership to raise GMHC's profile. Manage media relations, executive visibility, rapid-response communications, cross-functional collaboration, measurement, and project workflows. Serve as a primary media contact, draft pitches and materials, prepare spokespeople, and ensure inclusive, trauma-informed storytelling aligned with GMHC priorities.

Provide direct immigration legal services and full representation before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA for low-income clients affected by HIV. Conduct legal intakes, case strategy, pro se assistance, community education, outreach, and supervise paralegals. Maintain compliant documentation, manage case data and reporting, collaborate cross-departmentally, support audits, and represent clients at court and hearings. Deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent services and bilingual (English/Spanish) support.

Greet and assist clients and visitors, provide directions to GMHC programs, monitor client flow, support reception duties, triage and de-escalate situations, maintain confidentiality, and perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks to support program operations.

Provide outreach, intake, navigation, case management, and HIV prevention education to TGNCNB community members. Coordinate referrals, support participant engagement and retention, assist with group interventions and events, administer surveys and maintain participant data in case management systems, and ensure documentation and compliance to meet program and funder requirements.
