Lead GMHC's institutional fundraising strategy, securing grants from foundations, corporations, and government. Oversee proposal development, grant management, reporting, and compliance. Manage and mentor the institutional giving team, cultivate high-value funder relationships, collaborate across departments, and use data and CRM systems to track performance and inform strategy.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/COO, including complex calendar and email management, preparing briefing materials, expense and budget tracking, and safeguarding confidential information. Support cross-functional operations, track strategic initiatives and projects, coordinate stakeholder communications, and represent the executive office professionally. Participate in agency events and occasional off-site activities.

Part-time front-desk receptionist providing friendly, professional client intake, check-in/out, room reservations, phone triage, basic administrative support, and coordination with program staff while maintaining security protocols and a welcoming reception area.
