Lead and scale a North American Solutions Engineering team to drive presales strategy, technical win rates, and customer outcomes. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design solutions, coach engineers, adopt AI-enabled practices, and support enterprise deals while managing hiring, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Identifies, qualifies, and develops new business opportunities across key and enterprise accounts. Serves as the first contact for inbound leads, manages intent and ABM signals, conducts account and market research, supports Account Executives, builds target lists, assists with events, and maintains accurate Salesforce data. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success and provides a foundation for enterprise sales or account management.
