Teams at GC AI

Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and manage day-to-day NYC office operations, including calendar and travel coordination, expense management, meeting materials, onboarding, vendor and facilities management, office events, confidential communications triage, and ad-hoc projects to support company growth.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy GC AI integrations into legal workflows. Develop production-grade API/webhook integrations, troubleshoot deployments, create reference implementations and documentation, and feed product insights back to Engineering to improve the platform. Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.

Lead GC AI's privacy, data protection, and security compliance legal work: own GDPR/CCPA/CPRA posture, manage SOC 2/ISO programs, negotiate DPAs and security addenda, advise product and engineering on privacy-by-design and AI governance, support enterprise sales on security reviews, and maintain privacy/security playbooks.
