Leads enterprise systems architecture for telecommunications IT environments, with a specialized focus on Netcracker core billing. Designs and integrates rating, invoicing, payments, collections, and mediation solutions; guides Agile and SAFe delivery; manages architecture artifacts, technical roadmaps, risks, dependencies, security, compliance, and operational readiness. Collaborates across business, product, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient, supportable systems.

Designs, implements, optimizes, and supports wireless core telecommunications architectures across 5G, 4G, and 3G environments. Manages engineering projects, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, monitors network performance, troubleshoots protocol and service issues, and maintains network documentation and records. Supports IMS services, cloud-native core deployments, network slicing, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement. The role also serves as project engineer for smaller initiatives and provides technical guidance to junior staff.

Provides senior technical leadership for enterprise systems and telecom architecture. Establishes standards, approves designs, evaluates vendor solutions, develops technology roadmaps and capital plans, oversees testing and operational readiness, and guides complex projects across their lifecycle. Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison among engineering, product, program, capacity, leadership, and vendor teams while ensuring highly available, scalable, secure, and reliable network infrastructure.
