Lead enterprise-scale, multi-site implementations of the MIM clinical software platform. Own planning, configuration, integration, validation, go-live, and clinical adoption. Coordinate across digital, imaging, clinical, services, and customer IT teams, manage scope and risks, mentor project managers, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide clinical and operational expertise for Maternal Infant Care products by delivering pre- and post-sales education, training, and support to NICU clinicians; coordinate with sales and service teams, manage documentation and travel budgets, and drive customer outcomes and revenue through on-site and remote training.

Provide clinical and technical support for GE ultrasound products: run demos, train customers, optimize imaging protocols, troubleshoot applications, support sales, develop training materials, and engage KOLs at regional events.
