Partners with Analytics, Engineering, Creative, SEO, and channel owners on experimentation, landing-page optimization, measurement improvements, and CMS content updates. Uses Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, or Python to develop insights and communicate executive-ready recommendations that improve digital conversion performance.

Leads the configuration, enhancement, testing, deployment, and support of Workday Talent Management solutions. Partners with HR, Finance, engineering, reporting, integration, and business teams to deliver talent reviews, talent pools, calibration, career development, internal mobility, and skills functionality. Provides technical leadership, roadmap development, process improvement, mentoring, implementation support, and stakeholder training while ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable Workday solutions.
