Manage day-to-day community engagement across GEICOs owned social channels: publish content, monitor comments/DMs, escalate customer service or reputational issues, support listening dashboards and reporting, optimize content metadata, and collaborate with internal teams to surface trends and inform content planning.

The Marketing Director will lead brand and creative initiatives, develop marketing strategies, manage creative teams, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

The Principal Marketing Scientist leads data analysis and develops statistical methodologies for marketing measurement to drive business decisions and insights, mentoring other Marketing Scientists in the process.
