The Career Navigator will mentor alumni transitioning from high school to college and workforce, providing guidance, support, and ensuring successful internship experiences.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners to retain and expand internship placements. Own relationship management, account operations (contracts, onboarding, invoicing), Salesforce CRM data, and cross-functional coordination. Represent the organization externally and support partner and intern success through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

The Program Coordinator leads, mentors, and supervises high school students, builds relationships with corporate clients, and manages training programs to prepare students for internships and careers.
