Lead product strategy, design, launch, and performance for CareScout Insurance. Own the full product lifecycle, P&L, roadmap, and cross-functional alignment. Drive new long-term care insurance and hybrid funding solutions, ensure regulatory and pricing readiness, and partner with Finance, Underwriting, Distribution, and Claims to optimize portfolio growth, margin, risk, and customer outcomes.

Support the Field Team Network with administrative tasks: email communications, partner outreach, meeting notes, document organization, process review and improvement, time studies and quality review of calls, plus project work aligned with intern skills and growth.
