Leads strategy, development, and growth of CareScout’s consumer membership platform. Owns product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, member experiences, service workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities. Partners with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Network teams to deliver scalable products that improve engagement, retention, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Establishes strong product practices and leads cross-functional execution in a regulated industry.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization. Define product vision, strategy, requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, and business cases while partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams. Use customer research and data analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, measure outcomes, and continuously improve experiences. Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results to senior stakeholders while influencing without direct authority.
