Lead product strategy, design, launch, and performance for CareScout Insurance. Own the full product lifecycle, P&L, roadmap, and cross-functional alignment. Drive new long-term care insurance and hybrid funding solutions, ensure regulatory and pricing readiness, and partner with Finance, Underwriting, Distribution, and Claims to optimize portfolio growth, margin, risk, and customer outcomes.

Lead the modernization of an Assessment platform: architect and implement web and mobile solutions, enforce engineering standards, build CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, ensure scalability, reliability, and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, security, and operations to deliver production-ready B2B and B2C platforms.
