Leads the MyGeotab core workflows domain, owning product strategy, engineering standards, reliability, modernization, roadmap, and customer outcomes. Oversees rules, notifications, messaging, settings, groups, and investigation workflows while enabling dependent product domains. Manages a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers; develops people, allocates resources, coordinates dependencies, establishes metrics and SLOs, and presents investment cases to board leadership.
