Own a portfolio of US enterprise accounts end-to-end: onboarding, deployment, adoption measurement, value delivery, renewals, and expansion. Work alongside Sales on solution design, POCs, technical evaluations, and compliance reviews. Deliver quantified customer value, forecast renewals, and perform hands-on configuration and post-go-live work while engaging senior stakeholders.
