Supports firm-wide recruiting for Global Services and staff positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, referrals, interviews, offers, onboarding, applicant tracking, and recruiting analytics. Partners with hiring managers, advises on hiring practices, maintains recruiting records, manages search-firm relationships, supports applicant testing, and assists with human resources programs while handling confidential information.

Leads business development and strategic marketing for the firm’s Litigation and Regulatory practices. Develops growth strategies, supports lawyers’ visibility initiatives, oversees RFPs, client presentations, relationship reviews, and matter experience collection, and manages marketing, business development, and global proposals teams. Partners with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to drive revenue, execute initiatives, and manage change.

Investigate and respond to security events, alerts, incidents, and user-reported concerns across the firm. Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for SIEM, detection, and response technologies; build queries, correlation rules, dashboards, and procedures. Analyze logs, document investigations, support users, and recommend security improvements. Monitor AI-related threats including prompt injection, data exposure, misuse, and AI-assisted attacks while validating AI-generated security findings and automated actions.
