Provide high-trust executive support to the Founder's Office: manage complex global calendars, prepare briefs and agendas, draft communications, coordinate travel (including visas), run logistics and events, capture action items, and drive follow-ups. Serve as a gatekeeper, project coordinator, and discreet partner to senior leadership in a fast-paced startup.

You will lead customer implementations, optimize support processes, analyze performance data, and enhance collaboration across teams to improve customer experiences in a complex telecommunications platform.
