Oversees School Construction Authority projects on-site during the night shift, coordinating design and construction activities, schedules, quality, compliance, change orders, claims, contract enforcement, and contractor relationships. Resolves field issues, monitors costs and timelines, advises senior management, and mentors junior project officers while ensuring projects are completed safely, compliantly, and on schedule.

Leads large-scale sports facility construction projects, overseeing safety, contracts, finances, quality, closeout, subcontracting, risk, design, scheduling, and project delivery. Directs project teams, negotiates contracts, develops market and networking strategies, partners with business development, and coaches team members. The role requires leadership of sports facility projects valued at $100 million or more, with travel up to 40% based on project demands.

Leads the direction, execution, safety, quality, schedule, contracts, financial performance, and closeout of large or complex construction projects. Develops project controls, estimates, subcontracting strategies, risk mitigation plans, and CPM schedules. Supervises and coaches project teams, manages client and contractor relationships, supports business development, and ensures contractual obligations are met.
