Leads GLI’s technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital platforms, enterprise applications, data governance, accessibility, and AI initiatives. Manages a five-person technology team, vendors, budgets, help-desk operations, platform consolidation, business continuity, CRM systems, and technology risk. Partners with executives and departments to align technology investments with educational and organizational priorities while supporting facilities, workplace, and digital-learning initiatives.
