Leads Gilead’s global microbiology, sterility assurance, and contamination control strategy across internal and external manufacturing sites. Establishes enterprise standards, governance, and regulatory compliance programs; oversees microbiology laboratories, investigations, risk assessments, validation, and inspection readiness. Advises senior leadership, supports manufacturing and product development activities, drives automation and digital transformation, and leads global matrixed teams. Develops organizational capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and technical development while ensuring scientific integrity, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Lead Community Oncology strategy and the Community Cancer Collective (CCC) in the Eastern US. Develop and present scientific materials, co-create and initiate RWE studies, train and support field medical teams (MSLs/MKALs), collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, MAR, Market Access, Commercial), review scientific content and investigator proposals, manage vendor relationships, and represent Gilead at scientific meetings. Role requires territory travel and oversight of CCC projects and resources.
