The Manager on the Partner Success team leads a team of Partner Success Managers while managing a portfolio of West Coast schools, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of high performance.

Lead architecture and design of full-stack, cross-pod systems; set engineering standards for quality, security, performance, and observability; mentor and grow engineers; partner with Product and Partners on technical strategy; own incident response and reliability; participate in on-call rotation and hiring/onboarding.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for data and integrations so partner schools reliably send complete CRM data. Own roadmap, reliability, activation, partner/vendor relationships, and cross-functional work to increase data coverage and scale integrations across multiple CRMs.
