Provides proactive and reactive technical support for designated enterprise customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application logs, stack traces, browser traces, REST APIs, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and cloud integrations; managing alerts and remediation plans; configuring content sources; documenting customer-specific runbooks; educating users; and coordinating product and support improvements. The role is hybrid in New York City or Nashville and includes customer-specific screenings, training, equipment use, and extended on-call coverage.
