Build Glean’s next-generation AI product surfaces from 0-to-1 in partnership with forward-deployed product managers and enterprise executives. Discover strategic customer problems, develop production AI-powered solutions, validate product hypotheses, and scale successful solutions with core engineering teams. The role requires full-stack software development, production AI experience, strong business and customer communication skills, independent judgment, and 25–50% travel. The position is hybrid in New York City.

Provides proactive and reactive technical support for designated enterprise customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application logs, stack traces, browser traces, REST APIs, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and cloud integrations; managing alerts and remediation plans; configuring content sources; documenting customer-specific runbooks; educating users; and coordinating product and support improvements. The role is hybrid in New York City or Nashville and includes customer-specific screenings, training, equipment use, and extended on-call coverage.

The AI Success Manager ensures successful AI deployments and customer engagements, focusing on strategy, collaboration, and achieving business outcomes.
