Develops new business across the Eastern U.S. by selling GLG’s financial services research platform to hedge funds, private equity firms, and credit investors. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, territory and account planning, pipeline management, articulating value propositions, collaborating with internal teams, closing revenue, and onboarding new clients. Success requires strong financial services knowledge, consultative selling ability, and a record of exceeding targets in performance-driven environments.

Leads employee relations strategy and programs, advising employees, managers, HR partners, and business leaders on performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, compliance, labor law, and terminations. Develops policies, trains leaders, analyzes workforce trends, manages complex cases, assesses risk, and drives a fair, equitable, high-performing workplace across multiple jurisdictions.

Supports treasury operations, global cash management, bank administration, liquidity management, cash reporting, and cash forecasting. Responsibilities include maintaining banking platforms, coordinating accounts payable and receivable cash activities, explaining cash flow variances, and preparing 13-week and periodic cash forecasts. The role partners with FP&A, Accounting, and Tax to ensure sufficient entity-level liquidity and improve forecasting capabilities.
