Supports daily back-office administration for ETF derivatives, including swaps, options, and futures. Responsibilities include trade and position reconciliation, lifecycle event monitoring, margin and collateral management, settlement, cash-flow processing, break resolution, counterparty coordination, accounting support, controls, audits, system implementations, and process automation. The role partners with portfolio management, custodians, fund administrators, and counterparties to maintain accurate portfolio records and improve operational scalability.

Supports day-to-day portfolio management of ETFs across equities, fixed income, and derivatives. Responsibilities include monitoring positions, cash, flows, exposures, performance, and events; preparing trade recommendations; investigating exceptions; and maintaining reporting, analytics, and automation infrastructure using Excel, Python, and SQL. The role also contributes to fund launches and enhancements while coordinating with trading, risk, compliance, technology, and product teams.

Own the strategy, roadmap, workflows, adoption, governance, and commercial impact of Global X’s investment platform supporting portfolio management and trading desks. Build prototypes with AI tooling, analyze data, write implementation-ready requirements, and guide engineering delivery. Partner with portfolio managers, compliance, and risk to design accurate, auditable AI-assisted workflows. Expand platform adoption across teams and affiliated businesses while quantifying capacity gains, risk reduction, and faster product launches.
