Teams at Global X ETFs

Own the strategy, roadmap, workflows, adoption, governance, and commercial impact of Global X’s investment platform supporting portfolio management and trading desks. Build prototypes with AI tooling, analyze data, write implementation-ready requirements, and guide engineering delivery. Partner with portfolio managers, compliance, and risk to design accurate, auditable AI-assisted workflows. Expand platform adoption across teams and affiliated businesses while quantifying capacity gains, risk reduction, and faster product launches.

Own the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and production operation of a proprietary investment platform across Java and Python services on AWS. Build fault-tolerant, event-sourced, real-time systems with strong correctness, auditability, idempotency, and deterministic replay. Partner with investment and compliance teams, establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and security, and use agentic coding tools to accelerate delivery. Help define architecture, mentor engineers, and shape the growing engineering organization.

Support day-to-day ETF portfolio management across equity, fixed income, and derivative strategies. Monitor fund flows, manage creation/redemption and rebalancing trades, perform quantitative/qualitative performance and risk analysis, and build/maintain reporting and analytics tools. Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Risk on new product launches and portfolio transitions.
