Supports store leadership across team management, customer experience, and front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Leads shift communications, staff coverage, opening and closing duties, customer accommodations, product and operational standards, KPI communication, vendor requests, and community partnership efforts. Works directly with customers and employees on the sales floor while promoting an inclusive, engaging, and people-first culture.

Leads Glossier’s omni-channel supply chain operations, including 3PL partnerships, warehousing, transportation, inventory storage, fulfillment, distribution strategy, budgets, and continuous improvement. Builds vendor and distribution networks, optimizes logistics costs and service levels, implements warehouse technology and automation, manages inventory reporting, and ensures strong customer experiences across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels. Develops teams, operating processes, performance metrics, and long-term domestic and international supply chain strategies.
