Goddard Riverside Community Center Benefits Overview

Monitor facility entry, oversee sign-in and maintain attendance records; enforce program rules, address behavior issues, follow emergency procedures, ensure participant safety, attend trainings and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned during summer program hours.

Provide case management and support to young adults pursuing education and employment: intake assessments, individualized case plans, group workshops, advocacy, referrals, data entry (Salesforce/Advance & Earn), alumni follow-up, and collaboration with instructors, social workers, funders, and community partners to address benefits, housing, and employment barriers.

Lead and manage the LSNC NORC supportive services program, overseeing staff, budgets, contracts, compliance, outreach, case management, health and wellness programming, community partnerships, data reporting, and joint initiatives with the Older Adult Center to support aging-in-place for older adults.
