Teams at Goddard Riverside Community Center

Supports Beacon Community Center operations through attendance tracking, registration, data entry, record-keeping, supply management, participant file maintenance, cleaning, and program support. Escorts youth to off-site activities, enforces program and safety rules, assists youth groups, fosters a positive learning environment, and participates in training, meetings, and supervision.

Manages participant support for a workforce development program serving young adults. Supervises Case Managers, oversees assessments, treatment planning, counseling, case management, documentation, reporting, workshops, referrals, and community partnerships. The role supports participants facing mental health, substance use, educational, employment, and socioeconomic barriers while ensuring compliance with program and government contract requirements.

Provides individualized case management and supportive services to adults aged 60 and older. Develops care plans, conducts psychosocial assessments, assists with benefits and entitlement applications, coordinates referrals, offers counseling and advocacy, performs outreach and home visits, facilitates groups, and documents client outcomes. Builds relationships with families, providers, community partners, and government agencies while helping seniors remain healthy, safe, and independent in the community.
