Supports the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including coordinating deliverables, maintaining campaign calendars, tracking KPIs, preparing marketing assets, and managing email campaigns. The role assists with content creation, project workflow tracking, team meetings, and post-campaign reviews while collaborating with marketing operations and cross-functional teams.

Conducts in-depth legal and business research for attorneys and administrative teams, synthesizes findings, advises on research strategies, manages research projects, and evaluates information resources. Develops training curricula, delivers onboarding, monitors legal-industry developments and emerging AI research technologies, maintains newsletters and intranet content, and recommends resource purchases. Requires expert knowledge of legal and business research platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.

Leads paralegal and case assistant services across staffing, workforce planning, performance management, training, recruiting, and service delivery. Partners with attorneys and business teams to improve workflows, adopt legal technology and AI, standardize processes, share knowledge, and enhance operational scalability. Uses staffing, utilization, demand, and performance data to guide decisions while coaching teams and driving continuous improvement across offices.
