Coordinates client-facing events, conferences, sponsorships, webinars, dinners, and related business development initiatives for life sciences and healthcare industry groups. Manages logistics, invitations, vendors, attendance tracking, CRM data, post-event follow-up, feedback, ROI analysis, and reporting. Collaborates with attorneys, clients, internal teams, conference organizers, and external partners to strengthen relationships, maximize sponsorship value, and improve engagement strategies.

Manages lateral partner recruiting searches from launch through onboarding, including market research, candidate assessment, communications, interviews, diligence, approvals, and transition planning. Coordinates with firm leaders, practice management, finance, conflicts, integration, and search firms. Maintains pipelines, reports, recruiting materials, and confidential records while tracking deadlines, risks, and dependencies. Supports value propositions, candidate presentations, process improvements, and informed recruiting and practice-development decisions.

Supports onboarding and employee integration programs, inclusion and belonging initiatives, stakeholder communications, and culture-building efforts. Coordinates onboarding sessions, resources, feedback, and process improvements while supporting Inclusion Network leadership teams and firmwide programming. Prepares presentations, reports, project documentation, and communications; analyzes data and helps implement technology, automation, and change initiatives. Also provides scheduling, budget, invoice, vendor, and administrative support.
