Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across the web stack, including front end, back end, APIs, databases, and data pipelines. Write and review technical documentation, code, and unit tests; support builds and deployments; troubleshoot issues; and collaborate with engineering teams, TPMs, and business stakeholders. Apply Agile practices, manage delivery expectations, integrate Salesforce with business applications, and support scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Analyzes complex datasets to uncover business insights, develops dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools, and presents recommendations to stakeholders. Partners with engineering, operations, and other teams to solve business problems, prioritize strategy and projects, manage deliverables, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Manage and improve enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure on GCP. Design Terraform-based infrastructure, automated CI/CD pipelines, upgrade scripts, and internal developer platforms. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, on-call support, performance optimization, and resource rightsizing while establishing infrastructure-as-code and security standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and productivity.
