Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, frontline D2D and small business sales roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer negotiation, onboarding support, hiring metrics, compliance, and collaboration with hiring managers. The recruiter must consistently fill 25+ sales roles monthly and work evenings or weekends during peak hiring periods.

Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms, agentic systems, model gateways, RAG pipelines, and AI-focused DevOps infrastructure. Build self-service GCP AI APIs, SDKs, and Terraform modules; manage model routing, observability, security, deployment, and automation using GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, and related services. The role requires extensive platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, IaC, MLOps, and enterprise AI architecture experience.

The Finance Manager will lead FP&A activities, including forecasting, business planning, month-end close support, KPI reporting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis. The role partners with executive and departmental leadership to guide pricing, product launches, marketing efficiency, resource allocation, and fiber deployment strategies. Responsibilities also include improving processes, presenting financial insights, and potentially coaching junior financial analysts.
