Manage complex employee relations across field operations: lead investigations (harassment, discrimination, retaliation), document findings in ThinkLP, advise and coach managers, ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws, identify and mitigate ER risks, and travel to regional sites (~90%).

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers, process transactions, and fulfill online, pickup, delivery, and shipping orders accurately. Maintain stock, store presentation, inventory counts, and safety/compliance (including ID verification). Support receiving, merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment; must lift up to 50 pounds.
