Own integrated marketing campaigns across brand, product, growth, cultural moments, talent partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Develop campaign plans and briefs, coordinate creative, media, social, CRM, performance, product, and external partners, and manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and launches. Identify cultural opportunities, connect marketing efforts to business outcomes, analyze performance, and apply learnings to future campaigns while maintaining a high creative standard.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers, process transactions, and fulfill online, pickup, delivery, and shipping orders accurately. Maintain stock, store presentation, inventory counts, and safety/compliance (including ID verification). Support receiving, merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment; must lift up to 50 pounds.
