Handle complex general liability litigation, including personal injury, property damage, Labor Law, workers’ compensation, casualty, trucking, and transportation matters. Responsibilities include research, writing, persuasive advocacy, client interaction, hearings, depositions, and trials. Candidates must manage assignments independently, collaborate effectively, and communicate well. Trial experience is preferred, and attorneys must be licensed and admitted to practice in New York.

Drafts and edits legal pleadings and litigation documents in a fully remote, metric-driven document-processing environment. Responsibilities include creating tables of contents and authorities, document comparisons and redlines, conversions, revisions, Bates numbering, PDF assembly, and editing Excel and PowerPoint files. The role uses Microsoft Office, Kofax, iManage, Best Authority, and ticketing software while supporting law firm offices nationwide.

Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys with case management, discovery, pleadings, legal and factual research, document review, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include organizing client records and databases, preparing discovery requests and responses, drafting pretrial materials, coordinating exhibits and witnesses, and providing live trial support. The role requires California litigation experience, particularly in personal injury and construction defect matters, along with proficiency in litigation-support software and Microsoft Office.

Represents clients in data breach, cybersecurity, privacy, technology, and related class action litigation. Handles matters from inception with minimal supervision, conducts legal research, drafts and communicates effectively, and advises on state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant legal experience; law firm experience and CIPP/US certification are preferred.

Seeking lateral law firm partners with established practices and a minimum portable book of business valued at $1 million. Partners will manage clients, teams, and cases from intake through trial across various practice areas. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
