Oversee client billing requirements before invoice submission, coordinate with billing, collections, accounting, attorneys, and firm departments, resolve account issues, communicate about delinquent accounts, prepare collection emails, negotiate payment plans, and perform account reconciliations.

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Conduct legal research, write persuasive pleadings and briefs, interact with clients, and manage assignments with minimal supervision. Product liability experience and trial experience are preferred. Attorneys must be licensed and admitted to practice in New York City.

Employment attorneys will handle employment litigation matters in a New York law firm practice group. Responsibilities require strong litigation, legal research, writing, persuasive speaking, and independent case management skills. Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar; New Jersey admission is preferred. Trial experience is beneficial but not required. The role includes client service, collaboration, and preparation of application materials including a resume, cover letter, and writing sample.
