Performs hands-on harvesting, packing, inspection, weighing, cleaning, and sanitation of leafy greens and herbs. Loads and unloads produce, supplies, pallets, and trucks while maintaining packhouse and greenhouse cleanliness. Ensures compliance with hygiene, dress code, food-safety, temperature, and packing standards, removing damaged or contaminated produce. Requires physical stamina, attention to detail, reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and authorization to work in the United States.

Performs hands-on greenhouse and packhouse production work, including harvesting, inspecting, weighing, cleaning, sanitizing, packing, and loading leafy greens and herbs. Maintains food safety, hygiene, dress code, temperature, and quality standards while removing damaged or contaminated produce. Requires physical labor, attention to detail, reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and comfort working in heat and refrigerated environments.

Leads regional sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and key account management for fresh produce and packaged foods. Manages major retail accounts, brokers, budgets, trade spending, pricing, negotiations, promotions, distribution, and annual business plans. Analyzes sales performance and syndicated data, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with marketing, operations, supply chain, and growing teams. The role requires travel across the region and strong experience selling to grocery, mass, club, natural, and specialty retailers.
