Leads Oracle Fusion HCM talent and employee experience solutions across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement. Partners with HR and IT stakeholders on requirements, process design, configuration, integrations, data quality, testing, releases, support, and continuous improvement. Serves as the functional expert for international HCM operations, employee journey optimization, AI-enabled capabilities, vendor coordination, reporting, and complex issue resolution.

Owns enterprise AI assistant platforms, including administration, user access, licensing, support, adoption, cost management, reporting, release evaluation, governance, and risk coordination. The role configures and supports tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise; evaluates connectors, plug-ins, and agents; develops training and documentation; monitors usage and costs; and partners with IT, cybersecurity, identity, legal, procurement, and vendors.

Leads Oracle Fusion HCM functional ownership across Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation. Partners with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, manage data, integrations, testing, releases, support, vendors, and continuous improvement. Oversees international requirements, compliance, reporting, payroll impacts, employee experience, and adoption of AI-enabled HCM capabilities.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, support, release management, integrations, data quality, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and IT leaders to align the platform roadmap with business goals, drive adoption and employee experience, evaluate AI capabilities, manage vendors and releases, and ensure reliable enterprise application delivery. Leads and develops the Oracle HCM team while overseeing enhancements, controls, analytics, and data governance.

Leads enterprise construction accounts by developing client relationships, maintaining account strategy, and supporting project delivery. Oversees project risks, margins, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, reporting, and profitability while collaborating with owners, partners, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Builds team culture, resolves conflicts, communicates with stakeholders, and attends milestone events. The role requires approximately 10 years of A/E/C experience and regular domestic travel.

Oversees financial activity for construction projects, including budgeting, cost forecasting, change-order auditing, revenue recognition, contract billing, subcontractor progress billings, payments, accounts receivable, and collections support. Reviews contracts for billing requirements and ensures compliance with taxes, retainage, waivers, markups, and related documentation. Supports project teams throughout the project lifecycle and participates in cost-control analyses.

Leads estimating, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for complex construction and infrastructure projects. Evaluates suppliers and proposals, performs bid leveling, manages contracts and purchase orders, reviews technical compliance, mitigates supply-chain and schedule risks, supports budgeting and value engineering, and coordinates with clients, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and post-award teams. Also mentors procurement staff and drives supplier performance and process improvements.

Develop electrical equipment estimates, takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and scope definitions for construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and equipment compliance; perform bid leveling; coordinate with manufacturers, subcontractors, engineers, general contractors, and purchasing teams. Support RFIs, technical clarifications, equipment schedules, production tracking, delivery coordination, and process improvements across a national project portfolio.

Manages enterprise client relationships across construction projects, markets, and business units. Monitors account performance, client satisfaction, risks, financials, and commitments; maintains client intelligence and Salesforce records; supports account strategy and growth; identifies expansion opportunities; coordinates account-level actions; and leads project reviews and onboarding. The role requires strong construction lifecycle knowledge, client-management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent follow-through.
